There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
