My experience with DDS Terry Woods is not the point of this review. However, DDS Woods clerical staff are not professionals by any standards in my opinion. My daughter recently visited DDS Woods and diagnosed with an issue where surgery was recommended. Prior to the surgical procedure was scheduled, a total cost for the procedure was demanded up front and we were told that insurance would reimburse them and in turn we would be reimbursed. We sought a second opinion at the insurance request and asked DDS Woods office to forward all medical records to the second opinion DDS. The office staff refused to release medical records unless a payment, in full for a consultation fee was paid for a personal inquiry made in their off two weeks prior, advising that they would forward any payments the insurance company reimbursed them to me. The payment was not late, there have never been any failures to pay the provider and no other charges were pending. After the fee was paid were then informed it would take 15 days to forward the information, 10 days after her scheduled appointment. I sure DDS Woods is a wonderful, experienced and qualified DDS, but his staff definitely are not focused on the patients best interest.
