They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I know that I can trust their motives. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

The office staff is unorganized and clueless. Despite the fact that I explained to them that I had moved three hours away, the office staff split my root canal / crown procedure into two separate appointments. In addition, I had also explained that I had a very bad back and that getting around was difficult for me (I HAVE NO HELP), yet they made my procedure more difficult than it had to be. The dental work in this office is excellent, they need to dump the office staff fast!
