Today was supposed to be my son's 2nd appointment with Dr. Chen. My son and his dad checked in 15 minutes BEFORE his appointment time. Waited 45 minutes. Then I got a call on my cell phone asking me if I was running late in bringing my son to the dental office. What! The patient signed in on the clipboard, was acknowledged by the receptionist, and waited 45 minutes. The office still has no idea that we were there. It was the most ridiculous experience at a dental officer EVER. The HORRIBLE staff will prevent me from ever going back again even though Dr. Chen is a good dentist. If I could give a negative star for the receptions staff, I would.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
