I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.
