The information they gave me was deceptive. I needed to have a cracked crown replaced and they told me they could do it in an hour. After I had agreed and they removed the old crown, I was informed I would have to come back in a week and a half. They also tried to talk me into putting in a gold crown ($359) because my bite was too strong and porcelain would crack. I had the previous crown for 13 years. Their staff was friendly enough, but during the procedure the assistant left several abrasions on the inside of my mouth by pressing the suction tube too hard against my lip and teeth. A couple of hours after I left the office, the temporary crown popped off within 30 seconds of chewing coleslaw on the opposite side of the mouth. I told all this to a friend who recommended his dentist who is 100% better. I canceled with the old dentist and now they are trying to bill me ($350) for all the prep work. Stay away I feel like my appointment was pointless. felt worse when I left.
