I have never met a group of dental care professionals so incompetent! I went in for a check up on my teeth. I told the Dr. Ed that my one of my teeth was feeling sensitive lately and my previous dentist had told me that I might need a route canal in the future. I wanted to check and see if I needed it. He took the x-rays, literally looked at my teeth for 5 seconds and said everything was fine. I was surprised, but believed him. He was in such a hurry to move on to the next patient. Either way I was happy that nothing was wrong.

Two days later, I start getting nerve pains on one side of my face coming from my tooth and all the way up my brain! It was a Friday, so I called and left an emergency message. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK, not during the weekend, and not even on the next Monday. This was about 3 weeks ago, and nobody has called me yet.

I had finals so I had to put the whole thing on hold, so today I make an appointment with another dentist, and call them to set up the procedures for picking up my x-rays. They tell me they will charge me $20 to pick up the x-rays that my insurance has already paid them for!!!! This is after they realize they messed up. They don't even have enough decency to give me my x-rays without scamming me for more money after all this.

THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS, IRRESPONSIBLE, and SHADDYYYYYY. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!
