I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
