Ok, starts like this. I went today for a checkup. Dentist went on and on about all the root canals I need but they were all to redo the work my last dentist did. Said they werent done well. Also said I had 3 small cavities. Office manager came out later and went over billing. Said I needed to do "deep clean" that was different than what my insurance covered. Said it would cost $970. I said no way do I want that and that should be the 1 thing that doesnt cost me a dime (due to insurance). I said lets skip it and go ahead with fillings. She said they wont do any work without that $970 cleaning 1st. I said "you must be crazy" and said I wont do it. She then said she was sorry and they wouldnt do any of my work. I couldnt believe this. What a SCAM this place is. Also, there was a guy in the lobby screaming he was going to sue them for screwing up his teeth so bad... which freaked me out a bit. Unreal. Dont go here! Not a joke!
