I love coming to this office. They are so friendly and definitely a family oriented business. I've been going there since I was a little girl, and now I recently got to take my daughter there for her first dental cleaning and checkup. :) She actually had a few cavities that needed to be filled and Dr. Matt did AMAZING! She did not even flinch or wince when he gave her the numbing shots. And he did SO GOOD at putting her at ease and explaining everything he was doing (in a way that made the whole process not so scary for kids!) She was actually even EXCITED to come back for the second round of fillings she had to do. I was completely impressed!! I will continue to come here for all my family's dental needs. HIGHLY recommend!

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I have continued my care with Packard Dental for many years, because of the entire staff's friendly approach and genuine concern for my wellness.
