Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I always have a good experience with the hygenists and the doctor always does the final check. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they make every effort to correct the situation if I do have a concern.
