I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
