One woman show - billing, scheduling, cleanings, etc - she had trouble keeping my insurance information in order, kept blaming my insurance even after I switched dental plans. Never received a billing statement but was suprised at how high my bill was when everything was done. She should really hire an assistant or stay on top of things.
