The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. The office was very old and dingy. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I was told I needed a crown with out so much as a glance. I did not receive a full exam. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I would never recommend them to anyone. I walked out before he could begin any treatment because I was uncomfortable with his competency.
