Don't count on this place to be professional at all. The last time I was there, there was a patient who was scheduled at 11, but because the dentists were running late, he waited for two hours. They even told him if they were running past 1, the doctors would have to go on lunch and then he would have to wait for them to get off lunch. How professional is it to be late and then ask your patient to wait for you to get off lunch?

Secondly, they are completely unprofessional with appointments. The surgeon who takes out wisdom teeth is never there. I called 5 times and each time, they tell me they do not have the schedule yet and to call back. One of those times, I was told the doctor would call me back, but he never did. Another time, I was out of the city, and they were asking me if I could drop by right then and there. How professional is that? My coverage doesn't last very long and they are telling me to call back in 2 weeks or 4 weeks. I have to book a plane ticket to get back home to get my wisdom teeth taking out. Hell in 4 weeks, I might not even have coverage any longer. DO NOT COUNT ON THIS PLACE. I REPEAT DO NOT COUNT ON THIS PLACE.
