I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

IF YOU ARE DECIDING TO JOIN THIS OFFICE FOR DENTAL CARE I SUGGEST THAT YOU DONT DO IT! I AM PRETTY UPSET WITH THIS OFFICE BECAUSE TWICE THEY CALLED ME FROM THE OFFICE TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINT BECAUSE THE DENTIST WAS NOT GOING TO BE IN BUT THEY WERENT WILLING TO FIT ME IN THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IN 2 MONTHS WHICH WAS UNFAIR.I CHANGED DENTAL OFFICE BECAUSE MY TOOTH WAS REALLY HURTING AND I HAD AN APPT IN 2 MONTHS OCTOBER 19/2009 I RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT I OWE THEM $50.00 FOR BROKEN APPOINTMENT I CALLED THE OFFICE THIS MORNING AND TOLD THEM THAT I WAS NO LONGER WITH THERE OFFICE THAT I DONT HAVE TO PAY THIS BILL THEY SAID YOU ARE LUCKY THAT IT'S $50.00 YOU HAD 3 BROKEN APPOINTMENTS AND WE WAVED ONE. I TOLD THE GIRL WELL WHY DOESNT YOUR OFFICE PAY ME $25.00 FOR EVERY TIME THAT YOU CANCELLED ON ME THIS MAKES NO SENSE THE GRIL TOLD ME TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY TO SPEAK TO KATHY THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR BUT I ALREADY KNOW THAT IM GONNA HAVE TO PAY THIS MAKES ME REALLY MAD BECAUSE THEY CAN CANCEL ON ME BUT GOD FORBID THAT YOU ARE SICK OR NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE APPT BECAUSE YOU HAVE A $25.00 FOR BROKEN APPTS. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!ONE MORE THING I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING STATING THAT IF I BROKE AN APPT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY A FEE OR NO ONE IN THE OFFICE TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT THAT
