My Husband and I have been going to Eric Phillips office for over 15 years and drive from Citrus Heights to our appointments. We go together and we ALWAYS have a good time! The staff is professional but also fun! I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
