Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They could have done a much better job cleaning their dental equipment. It wasn't too filthy but it wasn't very clean either. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
