Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I especially appreciate that Dr. Ferro takes the time to discuss your dental care and offers any possible options that may be available.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
