They answered most of my questions. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Dentist himself refused to cooperate with my need for a calm, quiet environment so that I could control my gag reflex He engaged in non-stop, idle, distracting chatter. I feel like my appointment was pointless and ended up walking out with no work done. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The Big Valley Staff is ALWAYS warm and welcoming upon arrival. Their committment and dedication to their patients is most noticeable. They answer any and all questions and are very knowledgable on the latest 'tools' available to help keep a healthy hygiene. They're patient with all ages of clientele, old, middle age, and young ones. I bring my two sons, 4 & 6, in for cleaning and dental work and they go above and beyond to make it an easy and fun experience for them. They are friendly, patient, and very professional. It's a 45min drive, but well worth the time for service of excellence!! Thank You B.V. Dental Staff!
