Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
