I brought my son here in February 2016 and boy do I regret it. Doctor does not bring Parent in to discuss procedures or evaluation, they make the Parent wait out in the lobby while the Dr. decides (on her own) what procedures she should take. On my sons 2nd visit, I found out that Dr. submitted a request for a Crown Coverage from the Insurance and my son's evaluation was never discussed with me. I am currently attempting to get a Financial Sheet to see exactly what was charged thru the Medi-Cal Insurance and they asked me why I needed it? I explained to them that I need to see exactly what they billed Medi-Cal.
First they said they couldn't print it? that they had an old system and could not print out the financial record? really? in this day and age? so then I asked them to email it or fax it, so now they say that because it's personal information that they cannot email it or fax it. This is my 6th or 7th attempt to get this provided to me. Today, they told me that they mailed it 2 weeks ago? but I only live 5 minutes away and never received it, I asked if I could pick it up today and the receptionist responded "if its ready yes", I asked her again if she could give me a definite answer as I would have to leave my job to pick this up, she then responded "I'll see if I can do this during my lunch then" (very sarcastically), I responded "you don't have to talk to me that way" she then said "I an not giving you an attitude" I told her that I never said that. The reason I am requesting this Financial record is in the past I have had a Dentist charge for procedures that were never done, and this Dentist is very "fishy" to not allow Parents to go inside the evaluation room with their child. My son even had his teeth cleaned without me knowing. I think I will contact the ADA and the CDA about this.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
