I have gone to this dentist for years. Recently I was unable to keep an appointment due to being in the hospital. I called to reschedule my appointment an was told they will no long see me. The staff was very rude to me. I tired to explain I was in pain and need to come in. Beth then stated she would talk to dentist and call me back. After waiting a week I finally called them back an was treated horribly. Very Very upset at how rude they were. would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
