I didn't like the fact that they filled cavities in my daughter's baby teeth and didn't tell me. They explained to me afterwards why they do that. Something about, the cavity can travel into their permanent teeth. Which is fine, but they didn't recommend the cheaper filling because they were premanent. Instead, they gave me the option of the white enamel, which costs more. They should've told me not to purchase that because they were her baby teeth. That's not right.

After I questioned the process, they did answer my question, but then they proceed to clean my teeth without X-ray, as they usually do. They were in a hurry to get me out. Didn't like that.

I'm not returning there. I'm going to find another dentist. One that looks out for the patient and their experience.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
