The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
