I would never recommend this office. Consultation was good. My son needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed. We were told all 4 were in great locations not too near sinus us and bottom ones clear of nerves. Day prior to surgery was called to confirm at 8:30. Requested pain meds be called same day. Staff was rude on the phone and ignored my requests then Didn't call in prescription until 2:57. Morning of procedure arrived at 8:15 as requested for 8:30 appointment. Wasn't called back until 8:50. Obvious overbooking if already behind at 8:30 and clearly shows how much they value their patients. When son taken back we wanted to go with him until dr came in just to get him settled in. We were very rudely told "we will call you when he's done" and nurse stood in doorway! When explained wanted to get him settled and would not be staying she repeated the same thing and turned her back on us. She didn't even bother to ask if we had concerns or questions. After procedure same nurse told us they only took out 3 of the teeth. The bottom teeth were on nerves so they only take out one at a time. Why wasn't this explained at consultation as a possibility? Did I mention we, the parents, who entrusted our child to the dentist NEVER saw the dentist before or after the surgery. It is obvious this practice is run as an assembly line with no concern for others. So dissatisfied I sent texts while in waiting room to two friends who had been referred to this office and told them to find another dentist/office.

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
