I've been going to Dr. Dunn for about 10 years and have sent my kids there and several people I know. Prices are not cheap but definitely lower than most dentists I've compared prices to. I am impressed by the level of up to date technology, xray equipment, computerized services and appointments made by the assistants or hygienists while in the dental chair. The previous dentist I was using had no real procedure for making appointments and I often left without necessary appointments being made and was very confused about that. Dr. Dunn and all of his staff are extremely nice and always in great spirits. I can say that I actually enjoy going there. I wish I would be as nice to them as they are to me! Pulling my teeth and my money is PAINFUL!!!! and I feel that I often say things I shouldn't say when there. All of them are really great people!
Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were all in great spirit. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and that reflected directly and positively on the way the staff treats the patients. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr. Dunn did everything he could to make my experience as comfortable as possible and took extra care to make sure that I was never in pain.
