I have never felt compelled to write an online review for any individual or service before, but my experience with Regina has been so truly invaluable and deserving of recognition, that if I could add stars to this review I would add them exponentially. I started seeing her during a time of great loss in my life - feeling deeply lost and confused myself, and suffering from severe insomnia and other physical manifestations of deeply rooted anxiety. Her warm energy and compassionate spirit instantly put me at ease upon meeting her, and she proved to be a sincerely attentive and supportive listener with a remarkably genuine understanding of what I was going through. She advised wisely and eloquently, answered my questions with insight and enthusiasm, and even just after a couple of weeks my sleeping has regulated and I can honestly say that her methods have really begun to help me find my center and inner calm. I am so grateful to have met her and to have had the opportunity to work with her - she is a wonderful woman and a gifted healer, and I give her my absolute highest recommendation.
