Mark Fradkin is a 1988 graduate of the Florida Institute of Chinese Medicine in St. Petersburg, Florida. He completed post graduate study of Chinese herbal medicine with Cara Frank, L.Ac.in 2000. Mark is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in acupuncture and Chinese herbology and is licensed to practice acupuncture in Maryland He is past president of the Maryland Acupuncture Society. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I loved how calm and soothing the appointment was. Nobody was argumentative or easily angered and that immediately calmed my nerves.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure that their license was prominently displayed. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
