Unprofessional, would not recommend. Home office is dirty, reuses a plastic spoon (from previous patients) that he rinses with water to administer herbs. Does not respect privacy or ones personal decisions regarding their body and health.

Yes, the needles were sterile and pre-packaged

No, they were very calm and understanding

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
