Traditional Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive system of healthcare, and treatment may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional support, cupping, Tui-Na, medical grade essential oil application, and other therapies. Utilizing a very gentle Japanese style acupuncture technique, sessions are typically quite relaxing and restorative. I have extensive experience treating pain, chronic health problems, and women's health, and am always happy to answer any questions you may have. Studies are showing the greater impacts that stress and trauma are having on health, and I am additionally certified by NADA to provide PTSD and trauma ear acupuncture.
I have been in private practice in both California and North Carolina for many years, and am continually amazed by the strength of eastern medicine! It is a tremendous gift to assist people in manifesting their goals of health and wellness. I am thrilled to have just returned to NC to offer acupuncture treatments in Cary at the serene setting of La Thérapie Spa in Preston Walk, as well as in fertility clinics for procedures such as In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intra-Uterine Insemination.
