They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They are the only vision care office I've ever used so I do not have anything to compare them to, but I have been very happy with their care, customer service and personal attentention to detail. I have always been seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I don't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
