Dr Hillman and his receptionist Cyndi lied to me to get me to have a contact lens exam with them rather than somewhere else. They knew they could not provide me with the brand I requested and they told me they had been discontinued which is not true. I could have gone to another doctor who could get them for me. Dr. Hillman gave me a prescription that is completely wrong and I am now out $409 for contacts and an exam that are useless. I now have to go to another doctor and get a new exam and contacts. Dr. Hillmans response to my complaint was "Sue me". Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
