I still go to Dr. Brown even though I have moved 2 hours away because he is so thorough and makes me feel very comfortable. The office staff that works for Dr. Brown however is not as friendly and pleasant as he is. My biggest complaint is that everytime I have an appointment, I am there for 2 hours. Dr. Brown spends as much time as needed with his patients which is good for those patients, however I do not always have that much time to spend waiting for an eye exam.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
