i totally disagree with the above poster. Cloud Nine has an excellent staff, I have been going there for about 3 yrs. The girls at the desk do a great job. As far as the out side of the house well, I don't go there for that, I go there for a great massage. Certainly there are prettier places, at higher prices, and the massage leaves a lot to be desired. Cloud Nine is just fine by me!

I went to Relax on CLoud 9 for my mother. She was told by a doctor to go to a spa and receive a massage as a part of physical therapy. We will start off with the spa itself. The outside resembles that of an old run down house with horrible landscaping (if you want to even call it that). Evidently they thought sticking a gazebo on the outside would make it more luxurious, not when there's overgrown weeds all over it. Now proceeding to the inside it is decent although the waiting room is very uncomfortable. It has an old fashioned feel a long with the house but looks like it was cheaply decorated by some random person instead of hiring someone. I don't know how the receptionists work at their station that is extremely tiny. Then again its no wonder they make so many mistakes they're constantly running laundry and even answer clients while they're in other parts of the house. Once again it seems instead of hiring a laundry person this place keeps going the cheap route. The bathroom was very dirty and had remains in the toilet from someone who had just used it. The rooms were alright but hard to relax when you can hear people walking on the outside, talking and all of the traffic outside. The masseurs seem to have somewhat of an attitude problem. After this horrendous experience my mother had misplaced the rest of the gift card she had received from her doctors office so she called. For two months she was ignored and told she was going to be called back, he would be put on hold and no one would come back. FInally after the third month we got hold of someone "new" who was unaware of the situation at hand and worked with us for two hours to reinstate us a new gift card since the misplaced one was nowhere to be found. I don't know how this place prides itself in relaxation.
