After two trainers that were highly praised by the owner but then fired without any notice and disparaging remarks to me, the client, I ended up with the owner as my trainer. Not only did I feel that the time frame I was paying my trainer for was often used to attend to his business matters but after the 8 week evaluation I realized that the goals that were set had not been met by the trainer so I canceled my member ship. I am still waiting for my refund almost 90 days later.You will get nothing you are promised. The owner will sit down with you to sell you a package and discuss how you will take a body type test, how they will measure your recovery times to see how you are improving, how you will be given detailed nutritional plans, etc. None of this will happen. If the owner is your trainer, he will text message or talk on his phone instead of paying attention to how well you are doing your sets. That, or he will be talking to a new customer, or generally doing anything except dedicating to you the time YOU paid for.
