I used to go to that gym..because de zone, but,is so nasty, the bathrooms, showers, is not cleaned. specially sundays...im not recomended to no body.

I'm a longtime member of Bally Total Fitness. Yesterday 11/20/10, i forgot my water bottle in the group exercise room. Today 11/21/10, i discretely entered the said room to retrieve my water bottle, during a yoga class in session. My entrance was directly to the far end of the room, while i was making my way to the back of the room to collect my water bottle, the instructor (Donna) stop her class, and ask me, why i'm in her class, she didn't wait to listen what was my reason, she shouting on top of her voice for me to leave her class because i am disturbing her session, which was untrue. I explained to her that my water bottle is my property and that i have legal rights to retrieve it, i then proceeded to collect my water bottle and exit.
I immediately reported the unnecessary confrontation and the dictatorial method of approach by the instructor (Donna) with the front desk and the immediate supervisor. I was told that the instructor (Donna) is the director of training, and that she is above the current management of the health club and no one can say anything to her, and that I will need to call Bally's customers service to report the issue.
Further, i requested her full name so that i can call customer service and pledge my report, the supervisor refused to issue her name. After i threatened to cancelled both myself and wife's membership, they then issue her first name (Donna).
The level of professionalism, common courtesy, and customer representation at the Bally Total Fitness (Jamaica NY Branch) is at its lowest.
From a professional perspective, i'm a legal member of the said health/fitness club by contractual agreement. I possessed legal rights to retrieve personal property, unless otherwise established that I posed immediate danger to other members, during the act.
