They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Most people probably don’t think about the chairs in the waiting room area, but I have to say that they really have great chairs to sit in. They were soft and extremely comfortable, which helped me relax immediately before my massage began.
Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
