I appreciated that they personalized my massage, instead of just giving me a basic, generic massage. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
