They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
