Chronic lower back and right rotator cuff stiffness/pain brought me to Lisa Marie. A referral by my internist assisted in getting insurance coverage at Healthpointe. There was detailed discussion of medical history as well as physical habits. Goals were set, a minimum number of sessions suggested and treatment begun. (I was so sure the shoulder, especially, was arthritic.) Pain-free part of the week following first session; able to sleep through the night after the second. Returned to enjoying exercise and work again. Best overall benefit was getting my body and mind to communicate. Of course it is all related (!) and this is where it gets confirmed.
