I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. Dr. Gao I have found to be an excellent acupuncturist. He hits the needles on the head with such accuracy and can quickly diagnose and resolve my problem(s). The owner is also very charismatic and knowledgeable.

Upon entering the store, there is a faint odor which I believe arises from the dried herbs and herbal oils. I do think the treatment rooms could have a cleaner appearance and a higher sanitary level maintained.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. It was such a fantastic experience. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

There are more "spa like" massage places. This is not really one of them. The massage is probably the best I have ever had. A massage therapist I know recommended it to me, he goes there and it is by far an excellent experience. I recommend it and found them to be very good.
