I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I don't think I could have reached my health goals without their help. The information they gave me made all the difference. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
