Through all my challenges, she said, "We are in this together." That statement alone tells you the kindness and dedication Mary exudes, an incredible gift to all in her care. I cannot recommend Mary enough, she is AMAZING!

Mary was well-prepared for our initial meeting. She clearly cared about understanding my health issues completely, and then helping to get me started on some concrete steps to achieving better nutritional -- and overall -- health. Her extensive knowledge of gut health allowed us to focus on specific strategies for my needs. She is very positive about what you can achieve, while also being very realistic about how people live their daily lives.
