Lauren is smart and up to date on information in her field. She is friendly, helps make the right decision for your needs and is very encouraging without being pushy. She doesn't overwhelm you with information and is aware of any limitations. I didn't even think I needed a nutritionist but went at the request of my doctor. I have learned a lot of things I thought I already knew and it shows in my lab results. Lauren is a great person to have on my team and I will continue to seek her knowledge and advice.

She is nice and extremely friendly. I was able to relax and really enjoy our session. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. She always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need I could have talked all day. She never complained about anything. I know I can always go back for any further assistance.
