Recent Reviews
I saw a weekly weight loss, and was able to eat more with less calories. I started to see a change in my weight right away. I feel that she really valued my health and happiness because she scheduled weekly meetings to be sure that I was seeing progress. She answers my questions and always has information about how to adjust calories, information and articles on how to keep the weight off, and recipes to try. I am positive that there is no way I would've ever reached my health goals without her help. Because our sessions are held at her house, we have ample time to discuss what is working, what isn't, and make adjustments.
