Carra is fabulous! I was in one of her "Solution Training Groups" a couple of years ago and it was great. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and warm and was so good at helping people figure out how their heads, hearts or habits were getting in the way of making healthy choices. If you are looking for someone who can integrate the emotional and psychological sides of weight loss and developing healthy habits, in addition to providing lots of expert guidance, Carra Richling is the right person!
