They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
