They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever.

Accord Chiropractic didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all! They only cared about what would make them the most money. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Accord Chiropractic's equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. It takes Accord Chiropractic forever to get back to me! I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.
