We offer Physician Grade nutritional supplements for those who are interested. We are a licensed durable medical equipment provider and can provide TENS units, back braces, knee braces, wrist braces etc. if needed as part of treatment. (Insurance precertification is needed for most durable medical equipment.) We accept most insurance including medicare and medicaid and we accept personal injury and workers comp claims.
